Roberta Perkins joined Weinberg, Roger & Rosenfeld in 1997. She is an experienced litigator who currently serves as of-counsel.

During her tenure with WRR, Ms. Perkins has represented hundreds of workers in individual, collective and class actions involving wage claims on public and private construction projects; litigated on behalf of unions and members in matters involving wrongful termination, discrimination, and ERISA-based violations; recovered on claims against insurance carriers for the failure to provide coverage to unions and trust funds; and worked with apprenticeship programs in California and Nevada. Ms. Perkins is additionally listed on a significant number of published appellate decisions.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Perkins worked for Joe R. McCray, ALC and the Law Offices of Marraccini & Butts, handling product liability and personal injury litigation. She received her undergraduate degree from San Francisco State University and graduated from John F. Kennedy University School of Law in 1990. 

Ms. Perkins is licensed to practice law in California.
