The law firm was formed in 1974 in San Francisco, California to serve public and private sector unions and union members, as well as employee benefit trust funds. Since then, the firm has added offices in Los Angeles, Sacramento, Hawaii, and Las Vegas, while expanding its practice to include direct representation of workers, both individually and in class and collective actions.

Throughout five decades of serving labor unions and workers throughout the United States, Weinberg, Roger and Rosenfeld has remained true to its origins: All the firm’s original members came from trade union and working class backgrounds.
