Mr. Erle joined Weinberg, Roger & Rosenfeld in 2020 as an associate in the Emeryville office. He represents unions and workers in a variety of labor and employment law matters, including in representation and unfair labor practice proceedings matters before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) and in labor arbitrations. Mr. Erle also represents workers in wage and hour litigation.
While attending UCLA School of Law, Mr. Erle worked as a Peggy Browning fellow and as a legal extern with a labor union. Mr. Erle also worked with immigrant workers to combat wage theft as a law clerk at a legal services organization, supported workers seeking to organize their workplace through UCLA’s Immigrant Family Legal Clinic, and served as the co-executive director of El Centro Legal, a student-coordinated network of volunteer legal aid projects serving the Los Angeles community with clinics in the areas of immigration, workers’ rights, and housing, among others.
Prior to law school, Mr. Erle worked at a nonprofit organization focused on enforcing and expanding the rights of migrant workers and immigrants.
Mr. Erle received his undergraduate degree in 2011 from Tufts University and his juris doctor in 2020 from UCLA School of Law, where he graduated with a specialization in Public Interest Law & Policy.
Mr. Erle is licensed to practice in California. He speaks Spanish fluently.
