Dominique Armstrong joined Weinberg Roger & Rosenfeld in 2024 as part of the firm’s ERISA practice group. Ms. Armstrong works with Taft-Hartley plans, assists the plans with collection matters against delinquent employers, and handles other legal issues arising in the context of trust fund administration, including related litigation.

Prior to joining WRR, Ms. Armstrong worked as a criminal defense attorney. In this role, Ms. Armstrong represented indigent clients in their post-conviction appeals in California’s First District Court of Appeal.

Ms. Armstrong graduated from UC Law San Francisco (Formerly, UC Hastings). During her time in law school, Ms. Armstrong served as President of the Black Law Students Association. Additionally, she worked with the San Francisco Trust and Justice Reconciliation Counsel to address the rapid increase of gentrification and displacement of Black residents in San Francisco. Prior to law school, she graduated summa cum laude from Spelman College in Atlanta, Georgia.

She is licensed to practice law in California.
