Quick Chart on Requirements of New Sick Leave Law Available

California’s new Healthy Workplace Health Families Act of 2014 (Paid Sick Leave), which modifies Labor Code sections 245-249, takes effect July 1, 2015.  Weinberg Roger & Rosenfeld prepared a helpful one-page chart summarizing the requirements under the new statewide paid sick leave law, as well as under various city ordinances.
