* Besides the NLRB, we can look for more strong wage and hour enforcement by Secretary of Labor Hilda Solis.

* And we can look for more White House support for the Executive Order encouraging Project Labor Agreements.

* And we can look for more action on the immigration front, in particular, the Dream Act legislation.

* Who knows, maybe even the country’s twelve million hard working undocumented immigrants will see some changes made in their status so that they can more safely join Unions and fight for better wages and working conditions.
