Emeryville - Litigation

WRR is looking for a litigation attorney to work on traditional labor and litigation matters. This may include wage and hour class actions, harassment and discrimination litigation, and employee benefits litigation. Candidate must be committed to the principle that working people are entitled to the best of legal representation in an economy and social system that was not designed with them in mind. Duties include all stages of litigation, union staff and steward trainings, advice to union representatives and officers, as well as appearances in arbitration and before various administrative agencies such as the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) and Public Employment Relations Board (PERB). Applicants should have at least 1 year of relevant experience, be detail-oriented and possess exemplary research, writing and analytical skills.
