Miranda Mammen joined Weinberg, Roger & Rosenfeld in 2023 as an associate in the Emeryville office. She represents workers and unions in a variety of labor and employment litigation matters.
Before joining the firm, Ms. Mammen clerked for the Honorable Jacqueline Scott Corley of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. She also served as a legal fellow with the National Domestic Workers Alliance, advocating to improve labor standards for nannies, house cleaners, and home care workers. She advised worker-led organizing campaigns on legal strategy, drafted legislation and regulations, and provided trainings to workers and organizers. She authored The Live-In Wage, published in the N.Y.U. Review of Law & Social Change.
Ms. Mammen graduated magna cum laude from Harvard Law School. There, she spent two years as a student attorney with the Harvard Legal Aid Bureau, a student-run clinic and the second-largest provider of civil legal services in the greater Boston area. She also interned with the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination and the Equal Justice Society.
Ms. Mammen graduated with distinction from Stanford University with a B.A. in American Studies. She is licensed to practice law in California.
