Caitlin Gray is a shareholder in the Los Angeles office of Weinberg, Roger & Rosenfeld.
Caitlin’s practice consists primarily of representing unions and workers in litigation, including wage-and-hour class actions, employment discrimination cases, and appellate matters involving constitutional issues in labor law. She also advises unions on leave and other workplace issues, assists with drafting legislative amendments, provides representation to unions and their benefit plans when an employer declares bankruptcy, and presents trainings on immigrant workers’ rights, injured workers’ rights, and harassment.
Prior to joining the firm, Caitlin earned her J.D. from New York University School of Law. In law school, she participated in a clinic at the New York Civil Liberties Union, where she worked on a case protecting the rights of day laborers to solicit employment from streets and sidewalks. Caitlin also served on the board of directors for the Unemployment Action Center, a nonprofit organization that provides representation to unemployment insurance claimants. At graduation, she was awarded the Sol D. Kapelsohn Prize for excellence in writing in the field of labor law.
Caitlin is a member of the AFL-CIO Union Lawyers Alliance, the California Employment Lawyers Association, and the Labor and Employment Section of the California Lawyers Association. She is licensed to practice law in California.
