Release of Basic Labor Law Textbook, New Edition

We are pleased to report the new edition of Labor Law Analysis and Advocacy is available.

The book interprets the National Labor Relations Act as developed by courts and the National Labor Relations Board.  It explores legal rules as they are currently interpreted and applied, as well as the evolution and purposes of the rules, the persuasiveness of the court and NLRB decisions, and significant open issues.

Practice tips are interspersed throughout the book.  These tips address the practicalities of labor law and give advice for common real-life situations—from the perspective of both labor and management.  The labor perspective is provided by David Rosenfeld
