Will Hanley is an Associate in the Emeryville office of WRR.  Mr. Hanley represents labor unions in state and federal court, in traditional and expedited grievance arbitrations, and in administrative proceedings, including before the National Labor Relations Board.  He also provides advice to the firm’s union clients on a variety of labor and employment issues.

Mr. Hanley graduated magna cum laude from the University of Southern California in 2016.  He received his law degree from UC Hastings in 2019.  While in law school, he was a Senior Articles Editor for the Hastings Law Journal and a member of the Moot Court Competition Team.  Mr. Hanley also participated in the UC Hastings Workers’ Rights Clinic, where he had the opportunity to represent low-wage workers before the California Labor Commissioner.  In 2018, Mr. Hanley worked as a summer law clerk at Weinberg, Roger & Rosenfeld.  He previously interned at the U.S. Department of Labor Office of Administrative Law Judges. 

Mr. Hanley is a Bay Area native and the proud son of a firefighter and a teacher
