Joseph (Joey) Adamiak joined Weinberg, Roger & Rosenfeld in 2021 as an associate in the Los Angeles office. He earned his B.A. in English Education from California State University, Long Beach in 2017, and his J.D. from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2021.

While at UNLV, Joey worked as a Peggy Browning Fund Fellow at the Arriba Las Vegas Worker’s Center, and clerked with the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME) as well as with a small wage and hour firm and a union-side labor firm. He served as Executive Editor of the Nevada Law Journal from 2020–2021. During law school, Joey also co-founded the Workplace Law Club.

Joey is licensed to practice law in California. His work includes representing public and private sector unions, their employee benefit plans, and the workers they represent in state and federal litigation, arbitrations, and administrative hearings, including before the Public Employment Relations Board and the National Labor Relations Board.

Joey was raised in a union household, and is inspired by his family, including his father who was a long-time shop steward with the Brotherhood of Teamsters. He seeks to dedicate his legal career to helping working people live free from fear of exploitation.
