USCIS Updates FAQ’s for Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals

The United States Citizen and Immigration Services (USCIS) has posted updated Frequently Asked Questions “FAQ’s” for the deferred action for childhood arrivals (“DACA”) program.  The DACA provides for deferred action and work authorization to young people who came to the United States as children.
