Alameda Office Attorney Position

Applicants should have at least three (3) years of experience, must be detail-oriented and possess exemplary research, writing, and analytical skills. Duties include all stages of litigation including drafting briefs, conducting discovery, including document collection and review, motion practice and preparing for trial as well as advocating at NLRB and PERB proceedings and Union representation at arbitration.
