Alameda Office Attorney Position

We are looking for lawyers dedicated to improving working people’s lives.  For decades our firm has striven to protect workers’ rights to organize and improve their employment conditions.  We have an opening on our public sector team in Alameda, California and seek a creative and dedicated attorney to help us resist attacks against our clients and the labor movement.  We are looking for applicants with 3 – 7 years’ experience. Duties include trust fund litigation, plan drafting and review, compliance, working with and advising plan professionals, and providing legal advice to Trust Fund personnel and Trustees.
