Tom Gottheil joined Weinberg, Roger & Rosenfeld as an associate in 2018. His practice includes public and private sector labor law, wage and hour litigation, and issues involving technology and law. He is admitted to the bars of California and New York.

Prior to coming to the firm, Tom worked in New York as an attorney for SEIU Local 32BJ, a large private-sector local representing building and airport service workers throughout the East Coast. Immediately after law school, Tom served as a clerk to Judge Legrome D. Davis of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Tom graduated magna cum laude from New York University School of Law in 2014, where he was Executive Editor of the NYU Law Review and published a Note entitled Not Part of the Bargain: Worker Centers and Labor Law in Sociohistorical Context. Before attending law school, Tom worked as a web software developer in Olympia, WA.
