Ryan Kadevari joined Weinberg, Roger & Rosenfeld as an associate in 2016.  His practice is primarily focused on ERISA and employee benefits.  Ryan also represents public sector unions and union members in litigation. Before joining the firm, Ryan worked at a labor and employment firm where he counseled Taft-Hartley benefit plans and represented plans in lien, subrogation, and collection matters. 

Ryan earned his law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 2014 with a concentration in Civil Litigation and Dispute Resolution.  While at Hastings, Ryan served as Senior Articles Editor of the Hastings Race & Poverty Law Journal, counseled indigent workers as a counselor with the Legal Aid Society Worker’s Rights Clinic, and externed for an administrative law judge at the U.S. Department of Labor.  Before attending law school, Ryan worked as an employment placement specialist at a halfway house for individuals recently released from state and federal prison.
