Christina L. Adams joined Weinberg, Roger, and Rosenfeld in 2019.  Ms. Adams is admitted to practice law in California and Illinois. 

Ms. Adams attended Indiana University Maurer School of Law.  While a student at Indiana University, Ms. Adams became a Peggy Browning Fund Fellow for the Chicago Newspaper Guild.  After graduating law school, Ms. Adams became a Law Fellow with Service Employees International Union (SEIU) working on healthcare organizing campaigns across the country.  After Ms. Adams’ fellowship with SEIU, Ms. Adams worked with both Teamsters and SEIU Locals as in-house counsel where she prosecuted unfair labor practices before state agencies, advised and counseled union leadership on internal union governance, represented the union at arbitrations, and assisted the union with filings of representation proceedings.  Most recently, Ms. Adams worked for a small union-side labor firm in Seattle, Washington representing unions in NLRB proceedings and assisting unions with arbitrations. 

Ms. Adams is also a contributing editor for the legal treatise Developing Labor Law.

Ms. Adams’ current practice includes representing public and private sector unions at representation hearings, arbitrations, providing advice and counsel on traditional labor law issues, and other labor and employment matters.   

Ms. Adams grew up in Chicago, Illinois in a union household where her mother was a proud member of the Chicago Teachers Union.
