Trainer Training

In addition to providing direct training to unions, compliance groups, and joint labor management organizations, Weinberg, Roger & Rosenfeld can work with groups to identify and train in-house staff and leaders in how to develop and deliver on-going interactive advocacy training. Trainer training includes substantive information in various areas of the law, instruction on effective use of interactive teaching techniques, and the development of training materials, including power points, written handouts, role plays, sample case scenarios, and trainers’ outlines. Observation and feedback on enhancing the advocacy training skills of senior staff and leaders can also be provided. This approach promotes a long-term investment in the organization’s internal capacity to enhance the skills of its staff, leaders and members.
